KXM Developments Ltd are an independent Surveying, Design and Construction company based in Tayside. We mainly focus on domestic refurbishment, conversion and extension projects. Due to increased workload, we are looking to expand our workforce and are looking to take on a Painter/Decorator on a full time basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is hardworking, trustworthy and who can bring a positive attitude and be left to work on their own initiative. We promote and encourage personal and professional development and regularly seek new ways of working.

**Description**

**Salary**

A driving licence is essential along with experience of internal and external decoration.
