Call Centre Operative

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers in English
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, as well as your strong analytical skills, will be key to your success in this role. If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Call Center Representative will be required to work on-site at our location.
Pay: £26,387.49-£29,619.95 per year
