This is an exciting opportunity for an **Internal Communications Assistant** to join our team.

As Internal Communications Assistant,you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for driving colleague engagement through supporting the delivery of a range of communications campaigns.

**What you’ll do**
- Support the delivery of the internal communications calendar.
- Follow briefs to create and deliver clear, engaging, and informative content for a range of communications channels. You’ll write in a variety of styles and edit the contributions of others to suit the Rivus tone of voice.
- Own the Rivus Intranet site, adding news, keeping content fresh through regular ‘housekeeping’, working with functional areas to drive content improvements across their hubs.
- Work with stakeholders to source content for our quarterly newsletter: video, photography, and written.
- Deliver monthly engagement reports and work with the Internal Communications Manager to drive improvements.

**What you’ve got**
- A real passion for the written word, and someone who takes personal pride in what they produce.
- Previous experience in writing/producing internal or external communications.
- Passionate about internal communications and colleague engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Innovative and creative - someone who will bring fresh eyes and is not afraid to share new ideas.
- Excellent attention to detail and good grammatical knowledge.
- The role is fast-paced, so you’ll need to be someone who is able to handle competing deadlines, and be calm and effective under pressure.
- Experience using the Office 365 suite; Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience using Adobe Create Suite, Canva or similar to create campaign content.
- Previous knowledge or experience of managing content on a SharePoint intranet site (desirable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
