**Job description**
**Who are Concept Claims Solutions?**
The Concept Claims Solutions is a franchise network of over 40 offices (and growing) that provide insurance claims management and building reinstatement service to the public, and commercial organisations, where they have suffered loss/damage to their property and are making an insurance.
We are looking to recruit an individual with a great attitude, along with a good knowledge of insurance claims handling.
The position would suit someone with a confident telephone manner, good IT skills and with experience of working in a fast-paced office environment. Empathy and good customer service skills are essential as the customer journey is predominant. Thanks to our ongoing training, your knowledge of our services, systems, regulatory and business processes will be second-to-none. As a claims handler, we look for the following attributes:
- A great listener, who can understand what our Customers need
- Eager to learn all about our services and processes
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Detail-focused, so you can follow our processes correctly
- Able to use a computer, so you can get to grips with our software and systems
The role will include taking new claims, this will include booking of appointments for our franchise partners
**Responsibilities include**:
Call Handling - inbound and outbound
Recording of new claims
Establish and maintain relationships with customer/ clients
Deployment and management of contractors
Maintaining accurate and concise claim note/touch points
To maintain a calm and positive demeanour while speaking to customer’s experiencing a potentially distressing situation and management of client/ customer expectations.
**Experience/Skills**:
- Experience in a claims handling role is beneficial
- A confident telephone manner and positive attitude
- A willingness to work in a high paced fast-moving environment
