**Bookkeeper - Estate Agent - Enfield**
**Accounts/Bookkeeping experience required**
**Salary up to £35k+ - Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30**
**Bookkeeper main duties**:
- Prepare Management Accounts from Sage Software
- Responsible for paying all bills and salaries
- Prepare VAT returns
- Learn Euro Link software to support Company Lettings Department
- Work with the company PA and Lettings Administrator and cover their tasks for holiday cover.
- Various administrative tasks including annual returns to HMRC and other statistics required by Government and Local authorities
- Reconciliation of all Company bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assist Company Chairman and Directors with various financial matters
**Essentials**:
