Property Consultant

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in the marketing of properties to attract potential tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services for properties, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Prepare detailed reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and market trends.
- Implement effective administrative processes to streamline operations.
- Provide multilingual support to cater to diverse tenant needs when necessary.
- Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple properties efficiently.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Multilingual capabilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with various stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £22,880.00-£27,500.00 per year
