**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee comprehensive student services programmes that address academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to create initiatives that enhance student engagement and retention.
- Educate students on available resources, including academic advising, counselling services, and extracurricular activities.
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality support services to students.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of student services programmes through data analysis and feedback.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions aimed at promoting student development and success.
- Serve as a liaison between students, parents, faculty, and external organisations to advocate for student needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and institutional policies regarding student services.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting or student services environment.
- Strong understanding of student development theories and best practices in education.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Demonstrated ability to educate others on complex issues related to student support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes equity.

Pay: £24,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
