Remuneration and Package - Salary £27,000 - £34,000 per annum - 37 days holiday + 4 Giving More Days - Attractive pension - Share reward scheme - Flexible working - Global wellbeing programme - Product Allowance Position Summary Due to a secondment and resource required to deliver a key improvement initiative, an exciting opportunity has arisen within Procurement for the role of temporary Material Planner (12 month fixed term contract). Reporting to the Material Expediting Manager, this role has responsibility to coordinate and maintain the timely delivery of materials to our bottling and finishing operations, to achieve our schedule adherence targets. The role is responsible for co-ordinating, planning and managing critical deliveries from our key supply partners. As part of the dynamic Material Delivery team, the role will help deliver ensure materials are available to our production needs, in a timely and efficient way. Job Description Day to day you will be responsible for the following: - The job holder would be a key member in an inclusive and supportive team that is responsible for helping to schedule materials to a total value of >£75m per annum and >10,000 deliveries across > 200 different materials from 30+ vendors - You could be a key team player within supply chain operations, influencing at every level to ensure Edrington remains ‘**_Giving more by crafting exceptional ultra-premium spirits brands safety and sustainably'_**’ - Collaborating and engaging in wider business strategy, process, and realistic deliverables in supply, with operations, production planning, production, brands packaging, master data, material performance, and warehouse teams - Develop new improved and consistent and ‘ways of working’ in scheduling multi-category materials in a fast-moving environment, where the highest quality standards are assumed - Influencing key suppliers to improve their service and specifically OTIF delivery Skills and Experience Employee value proposition At Edrington, you will experience an incredible culture based on respect and giving more.
