G Trading Hub is expanding rapidly, and we're excited to welcome a **Customer Service Assistant** to our team in the thriving city of Bristol. We’re all about delivering unforgettable experiences to our customers and building meaningful connections every day.

As our **Customer Service Assistant**, you’ll work closely with our dedicated sales team to ensure our customers receive the best service possible. You’ll respond to inquiries with speed and professionalism, resolve any concerns, and offer tailored solutions with a personal touch. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions will also be a key part of your role to ensure everything runs smoothly.

With your solid understanding of our products, you’ll guide customers through their options and offer recommendations that match their preferences. You'll also take on important administrative tasks such as data entry and generating reports, helping to keep our operations running efficiently.

Pay: £22,316.00-£25,299.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
