**LOCATION**: The Midlands (north of the M25 / M4 corridor up to the East Midlands. )

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager - Chimneys and Flues to Contractors, Chimney Specialists, via Specification and to Merchants, Distributors and Retail.
- To develop sales in all the aforementioned markets concentrating on mainly commercial but also industrial markets.
- This involves selling and promotingto chimney specialists, HVAC, electrical contractors and M & E Engineers, also other general / main contractors, consulting engineers, architects and other influencers to get specified on to new build or refurb projects.
- You will need to keep a number of plates spinning to on top of the specification process to make sure you get specified.
- On the domestic side you will be selling and promoting to merchants
- usually HVAC specialists, also distributors and specialist stove retailers.

Established in 1982, my client is a multinational manufacturer with £40m turnover and 250 staff worldwide. There is a well - established UK operation with a Country Manager / Managing Director and three Area Sales Managers and three internal sales / admin.
