As Head of Global Mobility, you will be responsible for the management of cross border mobility including international assignments and permanent transfers, partnering with the business to supports business needs, lead effective global mobility solutionsto support our long term strategic goals and policy development. You will ensure that we are aware of all legal and financial requirements (including tax) in relation to Global Mobility activity in each respective country and will raise compliance mattersappropriately. You will also take responsibility for the day to day operational management of the Global Mobility program.
**Your role will include focus on**:
Global Mobility Management
- Managing business traveller ‘risk’ and sign off
- Monitoring and analysis of time spent in country / population location
- Delivering a small number of international assignments, transfers and/or ad hoc mobility projects
- Partnering with Divisions (particularly with HRD’s and Finance) as primary point of contact to determine the appropriate assignment package and deliver solutions to meet business mobility needs

Compliance
- Ensuring that the Company is legally compliant (immigration and tax) and undertaking regular risk assessment
- Undertake regular risk assessment of current/future assignments

Day to Day
- Coordinating the collection of data e.g., for payroll instructions
- Day to day case management of the existing assignee population
- Providing proactive and commercially relevant advice
- Proactively promoting mobility policies and change management processes
- Promoting consistency of international mobility packages
- Supplier Management
- Establishing commercial relationships with external providers and ensuring ongoing regular review of their performance, contract reviews etc
- Continuous Improvement
- Lead process and policy optimisation initiatives
- Provide training and information to the team as appropriate

**About You**:

- Minimum 7 years global mobility experience preferred
- Significant experience of leading activity within a global mobility team
- Strong technical knowledge of global mobility (including international tax and international reward)
- An adaptable and flexible approach - able to adjust quickly according to changing demands and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills - risk management experience is essential
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and across different cultures / countries, with great stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong communicator - written and spoken - with an ability to provide clear, regular, and concise information
- Supplier management experience

**Location**: Cowley / Home - balanced working
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full time, 40 hours per week
**Salary**: £65,000 plus car / car allowance,
