**Event Programme and External Relations Support Executive**

Do you want to join the team that designs the theme’s, content and VIP activity at one of the UK’s largest events? Do you have an interest in how investment and regeneration is shaping the future of the UK’s towns and cities?

Initially on a six-month contract (January 1st - 30th June 2026) with the potential to earn a full-time position, this is an opportunity to take up an exciting role at an entry level within our business and is ideal for a graduate or someone wanting to embark on a career within events or the built environment industry.

As part of the role you will:

- Support the creation and curation of on-stage content and facilitated networking sessions in the build up to UKREiiF
- Work with colleagues in the External Relations and Event Programme team to support delivery of their individual projects
- Act as liaison for VIP guests, including senior business leaders, politicians and key strategic partners
- Collaborate with colleagues in the marketing, PR and operations team to ensure smooth delivery of UKREiiF 2026
- Be able to demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills
- Be a confident communicator, willing to use all manners of media to co-ordinate successful outcomes for the External Relations and Event Programme team
- Proactive, resourceful and versatile
- Be willing to learn or have an understanding about how investment, regeneration and economic growth is delivered across the UK

There is no pre-requisite to have formal higher education academic qualifications, we are looking for interpersonal skills and determination.

The expectation is that this is a role based at Thorpe Park on the outskirts of Leeds. The role has no official working from home agreement and depends on the position of the business at the time - for quiet times we may have 3-days in the office and 2-working from home, and likewise in the weeks leading up to UKREiiF the demand might be 5-days in the office.

**Benefits and Salary**

£24,000-26,000

Potential to earn up to 15% of annual wage in bonus
