We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Administrator **to join our Tarry Hill Care Home here at **iBC Healthcare** based in **New Mills, High Peak.**
**Contract**: Full-Time role with a contract
**Salary**: £10.10 an hour
**Hours**: 40 hours a week, full time role Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

**Overview**:iBC Healthcare is currently looking for an enthusiastic and personable Finance Administrator who will support the Care Managers.

iBC are a leading Health & Social care provider in the Midlands, providing support to 100s of individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism & mental health needs. We hold contracts with over 20 Local Authorities & CCGs and continue to build relationships with commissioner’s to develop bespoke care facilities.

**Key experience, Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence and professional telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload
- Experienced with IT including Excel, MS Teams etc
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task
- Confident, personable, proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent solution-oriented problem-solving ability
- Evidence of previous administrative roles.
- Able to present information confidently at all levels.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting audits
- Taking minutes for meetings
- Maintaining and updating Right to work and DBS trackers and sending reminders to the employees promptly.
- General Admin duties - Sending probation outcome letters, booking HR meetings with the employees, minute taking etc.
- Assisting with answering incoming telephone calls
- Helping towards keeping the team engaged and retention low.
- Support Managers with the leavers process ensuring the termination of team and leavers process is notified to the payroll team for necessary actions.
