**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Admin/warehouse to join our team. Mainly office based.

Part time hours Tuesday and Friday 9-5pm, office/warehouse based only. No facility to work from home.

Permanent position.

Must be flexible to cover holidays which will consist of Monday to Friday 9-5 where you will be paid extra for the days worked.

Rural location, car essential.

Telephone skills essential, no cold calling.

Must be confident to work alone and/or with other employees.

Paid lunch and breaks

**Duties**
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare orders for dispatch by picking, packing, and labelling items accurately.
- Maintain an organised warehouse environment, ensuring that all items are stored correctly and safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Utilise computerised systems for data entry and inventory management.
- Perform clerical tasks such as entering orders, and administrative support as required.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with suppliers or customers regarding orders or deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not essential training will be provided.
- Lifting boxes is required.
- Familiarity with computers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment and data entry.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and external contacts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
