**Role: Internal Recruitment Manager / Head of Internal Recruitment - Technology Recruitment** **Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per annum + bonus £20-25,000 + Benefits** **Based: On-site at the client 2 days per week, remote working 3 days per week** My RPO IT Recruitment client is looking for an Internal Recruitment Manager / Head of Internal Recruitment - Technology Recruitment to work with one of their major RPO clients, a software company based in the City of London. **Role Purpose** - Building strong partnerships with the Client Leadership Team (LT) and Senior HRBP’s whilst acting as an escalation point for strategic no operational account issues. - Designing the Hiring strategy. - Keep abreast of industry trends and provide insight and thought leadership to the Account Director and key client stakeholders. You will be adept at building relationships with the most senior stakeholders and be able to deputise for the MD of RPO in top-level meetings, whilst driving strategy and value add within your account. You will be commercially aware and have experience of managing a P&L, be expected to participate in revenue discussions for the account, and help drive value add initiatives and profit via proactive development of the account. **Main responsibilities** **Stakeholder Management**: - Establish and develop first-class levels of executive stakeholder engagement within the account as well as across the client and the RPO senior leadership team and provide valuable market insights and regular recruitment intel/communications. - Liaise with hiring managers, IT, Exco, and HR business partners to determine future recruitment requirements and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process. - Hold regular business reviews with Senior People team personnel and Senior stakeholders (where necessary alongside TA Manager.) - Keep abreast of industry trends and provide insight and thought leadership to the Account Director and key client stakeholders. - Provide ongoing interview training to client hiring managers. - Ensure compliance with the SOW and provide an enhanced level of service via regular service improvements not restricted to but including, recruitment technology, market intelligence, best practice, diversity, agency use, marketing and social media projects,and geographical expertise and advice. - Work alongside my client’s internal finance and marketing teams to access account data that can demonstrate best practice and compliance with target SLA’s and provide the client stakeholders (and critically Chief People Officer) with regular updates usingthese data points. - Work with onsite client managers and people team to partner with external companies and service providers on recruitment-related issues and technology. - Design process improvements account development plans that address the account as a business in its own right. **Recruitment**: - Ensure delivery against client SoW/SLA through effective KPI and metrics management across selected agreed senior vacancies. - Align and deploy the resources at your disposal to deliver a first-class recruitment strategy to a high-profile client. - Set the best practice standard for the onsite team to follow on recruitment ideology and process whilst ensuring a consistent implementation and use of common processes for client recruitment and adopt a "continuous improvement led" approach towards clientengagement and solution delivery. - Liaise with hiring managers and HR business partners to determine accurate forecasts of future recruitment requirements and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process. **Strategy and Operations**: - Support the RPO MD with forecasting and providing basic budgets for your business areas aligned to workforce planning and client demand activity for each region. - Participate in revenue discussions for the account and help drive my client's RPO revenue via proactive development of the account. - Adopt a continuous improvement-led approach on operational processes and ensure new Hiring managers are kept abreast of recruitment procedures. - Ensure that reporting and governance schedule is designed and implemented. - Display the ethical and moral standards reflecting the values of my client. - From time-to-time work with RPO MD to pipeline new client leads and assist with RPO pitch presentations where needed. - Work collaboratively with the TA Manager and deputise where appropriate in their absence. Act as a mentor to the recruitment team, hosting meetings, providing guidance, and demonstrating best practices to ensure the success of SLA’s and growth of the accountleading to an extension of the RPO. **Experience and skills**: - Previous experience at a senior level (account manager or above) in RPO or In-House, Internal Recruitment accounts. - Prior management experience or of leading and mentoring a team. - Proven experience of stakeholder management at C-suite level and implementation of RPO process through traditional and alternative methods. - Previous experience in recruiting for IT and software companies. **Person Profile**: - Expert communicator, strong data and analytical skills, and proven operational capability. - Robust experience in the recruitment technology market. - A record of consistently achieving objectives and have demonstrable success and resilience when dealing with senior People team and challenging Exco level stakeholders. - Highly entrepreneurial possessing the ability to identify and secure additional up-sell opportunities within the account. - Proficiency in the areas of solution selling, contract negotiation, closing, cost/benefit analysis, and analytical thinking to coach personnel for required success. - Proven ability to network, communicate and deal effectively with executive-level personnel within prospect and customer organisations.
