Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter Intern to manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and final closures. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers and clients to ensure smooth and timely hiring for multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to define job roles, skills, and experience requirements.
  • Create and post job openings across job portals and professional networks.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates and ensure clear communication at every stage.
  • Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Share daily/weekly progress reports and meet hiring targets.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
  • Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Benefits:

  • Internship Certificate on successful completion (4 months).
  • Letter of Recommendation based on performance.
  • Flexible working hours (for remote roles).
  • Hands-on exposure to real-world full-cycle recruitment.
  • Outstanding performers may be considered for a full-time position after successful completion of the internship.
