As a Customer Service Co-ordinator you will work as partof a team responsible for the administration of customer transactions from thepoint of sale through to delivery to the customer. You will be communicating by phone and in writingwith customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders such as product and salesmanagers to ensure that customers receive their ordered products on time and infull.

The Feed Ingredients business brings together our KW,Trident and Amur brands. Thesebusinesses provide specialist, high quality animal feed to farmers across GreatBritain and help to find new uses for any waste feed such as converting intoenergy.

The role is very fast paced and no day is the same. As well as supporting customers with theirorders the Customer Service team also provide support to our sales team, ProductManagers and Category Managers with their administration requirements.

What we’re looking for:

- Practical customer service experience with goodtelephone and customer service skills.
- Analytical with good commercial awareness.
- Able to communicate at all levels bothinternally and externally.
- Good organisational skills.
- Computer literate with excel, word and outlook
