Job Title: Customer Services Co-ordinator
Location: This role can be based in Peterborough or Sherburnin Elmet, Leeds - this role will be hybrid working with a mix of home and office based working.

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator you will work as part of a team responsible for the administration of customer transactions from the point of sale through to delivery to the customer. You will be communicating by phone and in writing with customers, suppliersand internal stakeholders such as product and sales managers to ensure that customers receive their ordered products on time and in full.
The Feed Ingredients business brings together our KW,Trident and Amur brands. These businesses provide specialist, high quality animal feed to farmers across Great Britain and help to find new uses for any waste feed such as converting into energy.
The role is very fast paced and no day is the same. As well as supporting customers with their orders the Customer Service team also provide support to our sales team, Product Managers and Category Managers with their administration requirements.
What we’re looking for:

- Practical customer service experience with good telephone and customer service skills.
- Analytical with good commercial awareness.
- Able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
- Good organisational skills.
- Computer literate with excel, word and outlook
