Freelance Trainer

**Job Title**: Freelance Trainer (Health Care)
**Location**: Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire
**Salary**: £25 - £35 per hour
**Hours**: As and when required, some Saturdays
**Type**: Self Employed Free Lance

We require a trainer that has excellent people skills. Able to communicate confidently and clearly whilst making training sessions engaging. You will be working on a freelance basis, as a self-employed trainer and paid on a daily/ hourly rate basis.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Delivering supplied courses, using the company's materials. This may involve travel, (for which you will be reimbursed) and use of your own training equipment, i.e. laptop. Courses will be booked in advance and adequate notice given. You will be required to submit your invoices for delivering the training on a monthly basis.
- Deliver excellent training to large groups
- Organise and maintain accurate documentation
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
- Attend team meetings from time to time

**Qualifications and Skills**

Relevant experience in the health sector (preferably nurse qualified but not essential).
