We are currently recruiting for a **Quality Administrator to support the Quality Department**, full job description below.
- Job Title - Quality Administrator
- Reports to - Quality Manager
- Location - Stevenage
- Date - Immediate start

**Job Purpose**:
To provide clerical support to the Quality Manager to help the business deliver success in line with best practices.

**Principal Accountability**:
To provide efficient administration service to the Quality Department. This will include such tasks as:

- reports generation and completion (FAIRS)
- document reconciliation
- electronic and manual filing
- archiving and retrieval drawings and customer information
- ensure tracking tools are up to date and correct.

Any other duties commensurate with this role. Full training will be provided.

**(PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE, AS A MINIMUM, THE BELOW EXPERIENCE IN BOLD)**
- **Must show**previous experience**of working in an engineering environment previously**:

- **Must demonstrate previous experience reading/understanding engineering drawings**:

- Ideally demonstrate previous experience working in a quality orientated position
- Knowledge of FAIRS, NCRs, etc
- Scanning and Photocopying experience.
- IT literate, in particular Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent timekeeper.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 46 per week
