Westin Par has an excellent opportunity for an experienced **Project Manager** to plan, control and organise projects for my client’s prestigious, bespoke products. This is a Full Time / Permanent vacancy with an attractive salary, as well asan excellent working environment.

This is the perfect job for someone with a construction/building PM background who can meet my client’s contractual, financial, service level and health & safety expectations.

You’ll be

Liaising with all departments, including Commercial, Purchasing, Design and Production to ensure timely resources for project delivery success.
Driving financial performance ensuring that profit targets are met.
Champion the use of all company systems and drive better performance with better data.

**Key Tasks of the Project Manager include
- Ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met to fulfil contractual obligations
- Leading projects daily including the careful management of other departments and stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are handed over from sales, considering full financial, technical specification and contractual conditions are understood and deliverable
- Identifying and correctly raising to the commercial team any specification difference between our contract and any adjustments / requests - i.e., variations in design, specification, or quantity
- Regular (written and verbal) contact and communication with all stakeholders on the project
- Producing a weekly report including a project-by-project detail breakdown on performance and progress
- Regular attendance and support during site meetings as needed
- Monthly project reporting, including progression, positive, issues, and financials
