Stocktake Administrator

**We have an exciting new opportunity for a Stocktake Administrator to join our busy Central Operations Team.**
**This is a varied and challenging role and ideally you will have a good understanding of store operations and stocktakes. Whatever your background, you will be passionate about customers, thrive on making a difference and be keen to work within a fast-paced department.**
The role is full time office based, at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool L24.
**The key responsibilities of the role are**:
- Helping to prepare the stocktake schedules and updating spreadsheets with changes
- Sending out reports to Stores, Area Managers and Profit Protection Managers
- Identifying errors and problems with the stock counts
- Adding additional stock lists to the stocktake file and running reports
- Posting stocktake results
- Other Ad Hoc administration to support the retail operations department in between stocktake programme.
- Experience in an Administration role
- Retail and stock take experience in store would be an advantage, but not essential
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, with a focus on Excel
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to use initiative to identify solutions and solve problems Great attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines
