Join to apply for the Temporary Administrator role at B&M Retail We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, working full‑time at our Support Centre in Speke. We are looking for someone who can provide data entry and administrative support for a period of 3 months, starting in January. Utilising your retail experience, this is a great chance to gain insight and experience into a fast‑paced team within our Central Operations. Responsibilities Communicating with stores via email & phone to ensure they are prepared for stocktakes Assisting in the preparation of stocktake schedules & updating spreadsheets Identifying discrepancies and issues within stock counts Adding additional stock lists, generating reports, and posting stocktake results Distributing reports to Stores, Area Managers, and Profit Protection Managers Performing other ad‑hoc administrative tasks to support the Retail Operations team between stocktake cycles Skills & Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and confident telephone manner Strong problem‑solving abilities and initiative to identify effective solutions High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Exceptional organisational skills and a flexible, team‑oriented approach Previous retail or stock‑taking experience is desirable Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including discounts in‑store and with a wide range of retail and hospitality partners.
