The post holder will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of Intravenous antimicrobials in a community setting.

You will work alongside OPAT sisters, antimicrobial pharmacists, Microbiologists and community and acute teams.

The post holder will act professionally at all times and use their knowledge and experience to ensure safe and effective care is delivered to patients requiring OPAT.

You will be required to work between the acute trust and the commmunity so travelling is an integral part of the role.
