**Responsibilities**:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience- Ability to support Programmer Manager and Deployment Project Managers in the delivery of effective solutions.- Take ownership of meetings including scheduling, minutes and actions and also provide similar support to the Management team.- Ability to support Programme Manager to implement and manage appropriate programme governance, performance management and control processes across the Programme- Support Programmer Manager and Deployment Project Managers to ensure overall project plans, budgets, internal and external dependencies, interfaces, conflicts between projects, risks and issues were being effectively managed and resolved by PMs in a timely manner, leveraging Business Intelligence tools where appropriate.- Facilitate and run Programme Resource, Finance and Team meetings and several monthly Program Boards including reporting of issues for escalation.- Should be versatile and proactive, supporting and coordinating programme, project, business and support activities to enable deployment and delivery of change.
