Wonder of Wellbeing Project Lead

The Gower Peninsula, designated a National Landscape, is an amazing place to work as part of our Wellbeing Project that reaches out to visitors and residents, connecting spirituality to creativity and adventure of the Outdoors. Following a successful pilot year, The Church in Wales Growth Fund has enabled the local Anglican church community to expand our ambitions and we are looking for a Project Lead to provide day to day operational management of the Wonder of Wellbeing Project.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and monitor a strategic plan in partnership with the Diocesan Project Manager, Ministry Area Leader, the Delivery Team and the Project Steering Group.
- Provide day to day operational oversight of the project Oversee the finances and budgets of the project, working closely with the Diocesan Project Manager, Wellbeing Steering Team and Ministry Area Treasurer.
- Ensure the collection of data for assessing outputs and outcomes, working closely with the Diocesan Project Manager, Wellbeing Delivery Team and Wellbeing Steering Group.
- Oversee the development of the project’s IT systems and infrastructure.
- Lead and equip the Wellbeing Delivery Team who deliver the operational function of the project.
- Ensure a safe environment for all staff, volunteers and service users in the project.
- Actively engage with the Christian ethos of the project

Pay: £36,000.00 per year
