**Who are Fair Ways and what do we stand for?**
Fair Ways is a great place to work. We are a team. We care about each other and are all committed to making a change to the lives of the young people and service users in our care. We will not apologise for calling our staff great, the best, or world-class. Our staff are at the core of our organisation and we celebrate them by shouting it from the rooftops
**Where and when do we need you?**
As a multi-site support worker you would have the opportunity to support at Portchester Road. Our Portchester Road residential children’s home accommodates children aged 14 - 18 and specialises in providing therapeutic informed practices for our young people, supporting them towards independence. Multi-site relief staff will be supported by a wonderful team of permanent support workers and the homes senior management team to ensure the delivery of continuous high-quality service and care. Staff will be involved in a range of activities which our children enjoy, this may include swimming, music, camping, rock climbing, horse riding, canoeing and other exciting activities
This is just one of the fantastic locations where you would have the opportunity to provide support to our young people when they need it most. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in working across a range of the following services:
- **Residential Children’s Homes** - Contributing towards the maintenance of a positive, safe and homely environment within our residential service, including the promotion of a warm and accepting atmosphere, where the safety and care of young people is paramount.
- **Residential Family Centre** - Observing, assessing, and monitoring the health, development and emotional well-being of parents and children, by promoting high standards of physical care, hygiene and safety for residents.
- **Fostering Support** - Providing daytime and evening respite to Foster Carers by taking the child/young person into the community for 1:1 support sessions.
