Commercial Property Finance Administrator

Allocating Incoming Payments of Rent and Service Charges;
- Processing Client Payovers;
- Payment of Contractor Invoices;
- Processing of Service Charge Advances;
- Processing Service Charge Budgets, on instructions from Property Managers;
- Bank Reconciliations
- All associated tasks
This is a great opportunity to join a busy, friendly team.
The role is typically based in the office, but Hybrid Working is available after 3 month training period. Hours of work are 9am - 5pm, but alternative shift patterns are available after the initial training period, such as 8am - 4pm and 10am - 6pm.
