**Customer Service Executive and Management Support**

We are looking for a new addition to our forward-thinking team to represent the company and its values to external customers. The role would suit someone who has previously worked within a busy customer service environment but looking for a new challenge.

Our innovative products are used all over the world within construction, transport and aerospace sectors. We have decades of experience and technical expertise within bonding, sealants and adhesives industries.

Ensure our customers receive a high-quality experience on a daily basis and assisting management with admin duties efficiently,

**The role**
- Entering orders onto the system efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Running daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensuring all documentation for international transport meets export regulations.
- Working closely with other departments to provide the best customer experience
- Entering quotes onto the system for sales teams.

**The skills you will bring**
- Customer Service experience of 2-3 years minimum.
- The ability to be a strong team player and be able to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English with a sound understanding of grammar.
- Excellent Office Suite skills including Word and Excel.
- Professional positive telephone manner.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to impromptu management requirements.

£23,000-£26,000 depending on experience.

We would consider flexibility around hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
