**Role description**:
We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our Pursuit Management Team. Joining our established team, you will support the preparation and submission of bid documents in collaboration with our Commercial Developers sector team. You may be familiar with bids and pursuits or just starting out, either way this will provide opportunity to build your bid experience in a fast paced, professional consulting industry.

You will contribute to developing high-quality and compelling bid submissions to tight deadlines. Working with pursuit managers, other coordinators and graphic designers you will coordinate inputs to produce winning bid submissions that are clear, consistent and aligned to our clients’ requirements.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Prepare bid submission documents such as corporate policies, insurances, CVs and standard processes
- Support the Pursuit Manager in organising governance and reviews
- Plan and deliver bids in a proactive way
- Help the preparation of bid submission documents, such as technical offers clearly articulating the solution vision and win themes.
- Support the Pursuit Manager in key pursuit discussions and positioning activities
- Maintain library of standard bid information
- Help manage bid data held in our corporate systems

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Track record in business administration work with great all-round communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office software
- Ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues to build and maintain relationships
- Comfortable working under pressure in the tight deadline world of bidding
- High attention to detail attributes
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in bid writing would be beneficial
- Consulting and/or contractor background beneficial
- Experience and understanding of the Commercial Developer sector valued but not required
