T R O V E is a growing café and bakery established in 2011, we focus on a seasonally inspired menu that showcases the quality of the produce available. We bake our own sourdough bread and patisserie for our retail sites.

We form a friendly, creative and hard working team focused on the providence of our ingredients, the skill of our craft in executing a premium product and service. We therefore look for like minded people who share our values to join us.

A BARISTA / FRONT OF HOUSE AT TROVE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO:

- Work and maintain a clean environment
- Perform under pressure and deliver excellent customer service consistently
- Must be able to demonstrate a passion for quality food and drink
- Dial in and maintain the house espresso
- Dose within 0.2g for espresso
- Steam milk and texture to 55C
- Pour latte art
- Happily clean toilets : )

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 years experience operating an espresso machine as well as steaming and pouring milk (Preferable)
Minimum of 1 years experience within a customer service role (required)
