It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

Location: East Kilbride Hours: Full time-40 per week, 5 days over 7

**What You’ll Do**
- Accurately input customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and customer data files.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production Planning, Commercial, MMID) to resolve service issues.
- Follow structured processes and standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in handling challenging conversations and resolving issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent listening, planning, and time management skills.
- Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
