Pinpoint Contracting is currently seeking a Construction Customer Care Co-ordinator to work for a reputable Construction Company based in Tring

They have several sites in and around Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Home Counties.

The duties will be;
- Dealing with Customers and dealing with their issues in their new properties
- Meeting Customers at their properties and creating a report.
- Ordering materials and liasing with customer to book in appointments
- Booking in a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks, which will be varied in nature and will include general building, joinery, painting, mínimal dry lining, and mastic in New build properties.
- Manage and prioritise own workload in order to complete repairs in a timely manner
- Maintaining constant contact and a high level customer service through out the whole process.

You will need the below.
- Full UK driving license
- Previous experience in co-ordinating and planning
- Excellent customer service skills

Salary is £40,000-£45,000 DOE.

Package includes - 25 days holiday, Discretionary Bonus Scheme, Pension, Health Care as well as business miles and access to a company vehicle for business use
