**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide essential 1-to-1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Individualised Support**: Work closely with the child, supporting their specific needs in developing their listening and attention, and supporting their social, emotional and mental health needs.
- **Behaviour Management**: Utilise effective behaviour management skills to address and manage occasional challenging behaviours, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- **Educational Support**: Engage the child in a range of learning opportunities, adapting teaching methods to suit their learning style.
- **Social Communication**: Foster social communication and interaction skills, addressing the child's challenges in responding to their name and interacting with peers.
