**POSITION**

This position is a full generalist role and sits within the HR team. You will be involved in a variety of project-based work, along with the day-to-day frontline HR support for your designated teams / areas within a rapidly expanding business.

This role would suit an Advisor or a Coordinator who is looking to step up and gain further experience.

Other duties will include:

- Be involved in the induction and onboarding process for new starters
- Experienced in dealing with, and managing employee relations across numerous departments
- Liaise with the relevant department to help create and deliver required training, actively train and coach managers in certain key areas such as interview techniques and creating and delivering appraisals
- Assist and lead project-based work such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, System launch and migration and on boarding processes
- Drive high levels of employee engagement within your business area
- Work closely with legal advisors and lawyers where necessary
- Assist in documentation, updating and adapting employee handbooks and policies

**PERSON**

Other key skills include:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR Coordinator or Advisor role
- Ideally hold CIPD Level 5 qualification, although not essential
- Strong ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Experienced in managing people and projects
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects
- An enthusiastic and professional communicator
- Well organised, self-motivated and approachable personality
