We are searching for a **full time Customer Success Administrator **to **support our Client Relationship Manager**, delivering **great service** for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure that the new client onboarding process is accurate, and everything is in place and to client specifications prior to go live date
- **Manage internal set up processes for new client campaigns**, involving key stakeholders where appropriate to ensure each campaign runs smoothly and according to agreed terms
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the client contract, taking ownership of the client “bible” document to ensure it is relevant and up to date, seeking input from others to capture and document any changes
- Act as a **central point of contact** between the Client Relationship Manager and the business operations establishing rapport and building relationship with Operations
- Provide Client Relationship Managers with all the information and insight they need to be able to effectively manage the customer relationship
- Carry out **general administration related to client accounts** as required

- Experience of **sales support**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- The ability to plan, coordinate and communicate activities across the departments on a daily basis
- MS office, including word, excel, PowerPoint

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
