Job Title: Data Analysis

Location: Worcester or Walsall Base

**Salary**: to £25k and benefits

**What’s the role**:

- Design and implement data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and trends from complex datasets, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automation by analysing workflows and implementing data-driven solutions to streamline business operations.
- Establish and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure seamless data integration, collection, and analysis, reducing manual intervention and improving data accuracy.
- Generate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance, highlight areas of improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage robust reporting processes that ensure consistent, reliable, and timely delivery of business-critical data and insights to relevant teams.
- Regularly audit and monitor data quality to maintain data integrity and ensure that all business decisions are based on accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements using advanced tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that directly impact business strategies and decision-making.

**What you will need**:

- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the water industry.
- Previous experience with Power BI.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
