**Marketing Executive**

You will be involved in practical rather than strategic ways but will often be involved in multiple aspects of a campaign. As a result, you will have a lot of responsibility and need to juggle many priorities. As a marketing executive, you'll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote a product, service, or idea.

The role will typically involve a great deal of online and digital marketing work and as such you may need to look at analytics and come up with appropriate courses of action, produce written and multimedia content and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising.
- The role is hybrid, with some office and remote work allocated._

**To be considered for this role you MUST have**:

- Ability to obtain, analyse and present information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, use of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook and data bases.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with diverse client groups and partners.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- The ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- The ability to proofread with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have a professional, helpful, and friendly approach in order to ensure a positive image is conveyed.
- An understanding of trends in social media and hot to use them effectively. Desire to learn and develop.
- Past experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working in a marketing role in a hospitality industry would be desirable.
- A sound knowledge of image, style, and branding with a flair for a range of creative and effective design work from adverts to posters, websites to newsletters and other internal and external publications.

**And Day to Day?.. You will be responsible for**:

- Brand development and awareness.
- Social media post creation, scheduling, and outreach, increasing followers and engagement.
- Reporting.
- Social media ad set up and management.
- Copy writing (editorial, blog post, interviews, awards, press releases, online and print campaigns).
- Production of creative content.
- WordPress/ Website updates.
- Landing page creation.
- Competitor listening and analysis.
- Market research.
- Google ad set up.
- SEO activities (looking at backlining opportunities, keyword focus, landing page creation and writing SEO optimised content).
- Support the Group Marketing Manager in adhoc tasks.
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
- Compiling, distributing, and presenting ideas, information, and strategies.
