We’re seeking a talented individual who is passionate about developing great content and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Do you have at least two years of marketing experience and are ready to develop your career further in a growing innovative organisation?

The role involves working closely with our sales teams to understand market demands and translate these into effective and engaging campaigns.

It’s a broad remit with plenty of variety, working across a range of marketing activities. But don’t worry, we don’t expect you to be an expert in everything already. We’re keen to find the right person who fits our great culture and is up for challenging the ever-changing marketing landscape with fresh ideas.

We currently have a in-house marketing team consisting of specialists in communications, graphic design, visual illustration, marketing automation and digital marketing. The team works a minimum of 3 days each week in the office together and then chooses what works best for them for the rest of the week, between the office and home.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Developing marketing activities in accordance with the company goals and vision, collaborating with internal teams to create accurate and engaging content.
- Origination of content and campaigns, generating ideas and highlighting opportunities for developing and improving Dura Composites’ client-facing collateral. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring all marketing material and communications are aligned with our brand identity and reflect the company values.
- Managing the company’s social media accounts with the support of the in-house team, creating engaging content, video, blogs, and insights.
- Planning and executing industry events and tradeshows to showcase our products and services to prospective customers. Leading the on-site activation of digital and social activity, including social posts, filming, and photos.
- Fact-checking, proofreading, and formatting during the creation of direct mail, website content, technical manuals, and other promotional materials.
- Supporting our sales teams with targeted campaigns, and special projects to help drive the sales effort and bring new products into the market.
- Liaising with UK and global distributors and high-profile customers to generate new content and case studies.
- Administrative support and general tasks as required to support the wider marketing team achieve departmental goals, build brand awareness, and promote the adoption of our products and services, all with the efficient use of resources.
- Reporting and analysing team KPIs and measuring impact to help continually improve our approach.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, particularly in the rail and construction industries.

**The knowledge, skills, and experience we’re ideally looking for**:

- At least 2 years of marketing experience.
- Excellent copywriting across various formats and tones.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other social media channels for B2B marketing
- Project planning and organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint & Word.
- Experience working with and managing the relationship of 3rd party suppliers.

**Other skills that would be beneficial include**:

- A marketing or business degree, or a related field.
- Working experience within the construction, utilities, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work from the Clacton-on-Sea office 3 to 4 days per week.
- Search Engine Marketing experience and Google Ads certification.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance data and identify areas for optimisation and growth.**we’ve got an amazing opportunity waiting just for you**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
