This route is Tuesday - Saturday. We maybe able to look at Sunday - Thursday but this could not be guaranteed.

Van, insurance, fuel, training and uniform provided.

There is no option to use a car.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with all road regulations.
- Load, unload, and transport items efficiently, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries, adjusting as needed based on traffic conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or delays encountered during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
- Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Assist in warehouse duties as required, including inventory management and organisation of packages.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, with a strong understanding of commercial driving practices.
- A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated is essential.
- Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous, providing familiarity with logistics processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading of goods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
