As the team administrator you will be responsible for undertaking administrative / secretarial duties in support of activity within the team, ensuring administrative support is available to all members of the team as appropriate. You will be expected to assist in the daily administration of the service and to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the service. You will also be expected to offer administrative / clerical duties on behalf of the Lincolnshire Autism Partnership Board. Key responsibilites include using word processing skills, to provide a typing support to team managers including reports, letters, memorandum, minutes, presentation materials and rotas, dealing with incoming mail/phone contacts, the provision of minute taking, preparation and distribution service and maintaining details of the teams whereabouts and diary management and maintaining and update the service area of the Trust Intranet site.
