**We are looking for a full time, 39 hours per week, Support worker for our Homelife Ayr project.**

Quarriers Homelife Project in Ayr was developed in 1995 in partnership with South Ayrshire Council and Ayrshire & Arran Community Health Care Trust. The Project aims to provide innovative, individually tailored supports for men and women who have learning disabilities. Its administrative based is in Sutherland House near to the centre of Ayr, and supports people in their own homes in Kilmarnock, Ayr, Troon and the surrounding area.

We offer a variety of flexible supports in response to the persons own needs, wants and aspirations, in order for them to live in their own home. We promote a Person-Centred approach to ensure full user choice and control, develop new and innovative supports as well as building on those that already exist. This Enables people with learning disabilities to live a full and valued lifestyle.
