At Masterclass, we have been tasked in recruiting for a **Year 4 Classroom Assistant** for a wonderful mainstream infant school in the Worthing area. The school have an amazing outdoor area to expand the children’s learning outside the classroom setting. They take pride in making sure that they provide a safe and joyful environment so that the children can progress and thrive in their education.

The school are looking to recruit for Classroom Assistant who has the skills to develop into a valued member of staff for the individual needs of the children. You will be working with small groups of students in and out of formal lessons, with support from Teachers and other staff but also may be required to work with a child one to one who may require additional support. You will be fully immersed into the life of the school and encouraged to be proactive in your role alongside your colleagues.

- **Work with groups of children or individuals (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short and long term contracts.
