**Position Overview**:
We are currently recruiting an Administrator to provide timely and accurate day to day administration, assist in accurate stores inventory and purchase order management to maintain correct inventory levels.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Complete all administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner
- Support the transition to a new ERP / MRP system
- Maintain an accurate system for stock management records and keep stock control systems up to date
- Ensure correct stock holding and review minimum and maximum quantities as required
- Complete monthly / perpetual stock take activities
- Place orders with suppliers and manage any queries and credits
- Communicate with internal customers regarding prices and changes
- Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure the best service

**Basic requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a Stores/Warehouse environment
- Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Flexibility to take on other duties, cover for holidays and sickness
