We're taking stock of our future direction and are now looking for someone who has a genuine passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to head up the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda through the development and promotion of University wide initiatives and plans. In this role you will provide skilled advice, change leadership and guidance alongside developing and implementing strategic policies, practices and action plans. You will manage the E, D & I Team to provide advice, guidance and support across the full breadth of E, D & I, including relevant equality charter marks, whilst ensuring that the University both meets and exceeds its statutory obligations.
With experience of leading, delivering and developing a successful E,D & I provision and demonstrable knowledge of E, D & I legislation, policies and practices, you'll have the ability to influence and build relationships across NTU. You'll draw on your expertise of delivering effective E, D & I interventions and change, to drive the E, D & I agenda forward and positively impact organisational culture and practice. Being able to inspire and drive delivery across a wide range of E, D & I areas in a complex organisation is important, as is the requirement to hold strong levels of resilience.
