**Role Summary**

The main purpose of the ES Product Support Manager is to provide day to day assistance to our ES Product Managers and guidance and support to our key stakeholders. Ensuring the correct level of product governance is maintained across all the areas that administerour products within ES. Keep up to date with regulatory changes and legal advice. Gain wider knowledge and understanding of our operational processes undertaken in the life cycle of the ES product. Liaising with key stakeholders and identifying areas of enhancement/ improvements.

- Global Nominee
- Executive Corporate Dealing
- UK and International Sharesave
- UK Share Incentive Plan - (Tax Advantaged / Non -Tax Advantage)
- Global Employee Stock Purchase Plans

**Core Duties/Responsibilities**

**Governance**
- Ensure control logs and task planners are maintained.
- Oversee and respond to queries into the team mailbox
- Support ES Product Manager with the annual product reviews.
- Regular review and awareness of internal policies, handbooks and procedures.

**Expertise**
- SME for ES Operations / Share Plan Managers and other key business stakeholders and be the point of reference for technical product related questions.
- Ensure the client matrix has up to date information relating to the clients for who we administer Employee Share Plans.

**Documentation**
- Regularly review the internal Service Specifications and administration manuals.
- Proof-read, manage and oversee changes to product terms and conditions and other product specific documentation / marketing material.
- Ensure all task documentation conforms to regulatory and compliance requirements prior to client sign off.
- Maintain stakeholder public library

**Managing Change**
- Work with ES Product Managers to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.
- Support regulatory changes and be a key stakeholder in any business wide change programmes.
