Customer Service Advisor

The main responsibility of this role is to convert warm enquiries already generated into qualified leads.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Following up customer enquiries and taking details to enable legal redress.
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment but also taking ownership for your workload and output
- Maintaining good admin standards and records
- Building and developing rapport with new clients
- Be able to work to targets

- 6 months or more experience in B2C lead generation

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
