Job description - Team Administrator
You will also be supporting the team of experienced social workers, with diary management, booking travel and accommodation, and ensuring all systems are up to date. It is essential that you are organised, motivated, and driven - you excel when working independentlyand alongside with wider team.
Please note that this is a temporary position
Key responsibilities - Team Administrator
In this Team Administrator opportunity for graduates, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing diary management and support to relevant members of the team
- Supporting with data management systems and expenses
- Managing shared inboxes and handling incoming telephone calls
- Booking meeting rooms, travel, and accommodation for colleagues as required
- Supporting the coordination of in-person and online events
Job requirements - Team Administrator
- A university degree achieving a 2.2 or above
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in an office or administrative environment is a bonus
- Fantastic written and verbale communication skills
- Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
