A large, international company is looking for a part-time professional to join the team to support with running the front reception and maintaining all administrative tasks. Job role

Working closely with the admin team you will be providing support across a range of areas in administration.

As a receptionist and administrator your role will include:

  • Managing diaries and booking in clients.
  • Daily use of Word, Excel
  • Support stock management, ordering and monitoring.
  • Routine admin tasks.
  • Helping international directors.

  • a minimum of 1 years' experience working in a office
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft and Diary Management
  • Be extremely organised in administration
  • Have a friendly and calm approach
  • Be available on a full-time basis if needed
