**Digital Learning Producer | Hybrid | UK Travel**

Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for learning? Do you love turning complex ideas into compelling video content that actually makes people smarter?

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Learning Producer to join our Learning & Development team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role where you’ll lead the creation of high-impact training content — from scripting and filming to editing and live-streaming. You’ll also manage our mini-studio, support live events, and help shape the future of how our teams learn.

If you’ve got a creative eye, technical chops, and a knack for translating dry topics into engaging experiences — we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Producing cinematic-quality training videos using pro gear (Panasonic CX350, Bird Dog P200s, Rode mics, GoPros)
- Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and Articulate 360
- Leading live-streamed events
- Keeping content fresh with AI-driven trends and microlearning formats
- Supporting our LMS (Moodle) and helping users thrive

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in video production and instructional design
- Strong editing and storytelling skills
- Confidence with live-stream setups and studio equipment
- Understanding of learning platforms and digital trends
- UK driving licence + eligibility for BPSS clearance (5+ years UK residency)

**About the Company**

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
